Run Your Fleet membership allows access to our on-line fleet management system to manage your breakdown cover provided by the AA 24/7, you can add and delete vehicles on-line whenever you want, pay monthly with a minimum term of 1 month so you have no long term commitment. You can run your own reports for spend and incidents and have access to a range of additional services on account to make it easier to manage your rental fleet.
These additional services and discounts include discounted servicing, tyres and windscreens through a network of over 6000 franchised and non-franchised garages and outlets enabling you to find one local to you that meets your needs.

Run Your Fleet customers automatically get account facilities for discounted pay on use breakdown cover (provided by the AA). In addition, we offer inclusive business breakdown cover for your company vehicles at low cost, starting at only £5.50 + VAT per vehicle per month with a choice of cover levels available.
Not only that – you pay monthly and manage your cover directly on our online fleet management platform. Whilst our business breakdown cover is provided by the AA, we offer levels of customisation not available directly, along with the ability to select cover at vehicle level rather than fleet level.

Our team of skilled maintenance controllers (or virtual mechanics as we like to call them!), approve every aspect of work being carried out on your vehicle via our online fleet management system connected to each garage we use, no matter what the make of your fleet vehicles.
Once our engineers are satisfied with the work being proposed they will contact you for authorisation before any work commences. Our job is to look after your interests and make sure that you are only paying for work that is actually needed and at the best price.
We use our purchasing scale to achieve the best possible discounts whilst providing the best possible customer experience through our vehicle management services.

Our tyre network is made up of more than 800 tyre fitting centres.
These sites operate over 500 mobile units with 360 mobile units providing an out of hours service.

Windscreens
Our windscreen network is made up of 108 fitting centres and 800 mobile technicians.
The 108 centres are all equipped with the latest specialised equipment for ADAS calibration and are operated by specially trained technicians.
